“Yolanda Bynum is an excellent, professional Realtor to work with. She sold me my first condo and when I was ready to put it up for sale 7 years later, I called her (in distress) and I really needed help. She recognized how stressed out I was immediately and told me it sounded urgent and she was going to treat it that way. That same week, she showed up to my condo and staged it for me. She even mulched the front bushes to make it look better! After giving me some 'homework' to do; washing everyone's windows, wipe down blinds, etc. she informed me that my condo would be ready for the market by that weekend if I got everything done.
